After recovering from his own ill health, Kostas went on to qualify as a holistic practitioner in over 20 health modalities and now talks at a number of health events, is featured in various magazines, and has authored two health books as well. Lana gained her qualifications over 10 years ago and is particularly interested in maternal and paetiatric health. As such, she helps to support many women through their pregnancy, the postpartum period and family lifestyle. She runs a variety of workshops and retreats alongside an array of holistic health services.

Kostas believes that a tokin-free lifestyle, emotional and spiritual stability, proper nutrition, breathing and exercise, are the keys to good health. He seeks to treat the whole person, not just the sympsoms. He offers practical health solutions without the hype.

Lana Kapelas is a weight loss and rejuvenation coach, RejuvaDetox specialist, nutritional advisor and CACI face and body therapist. She is also a co-funder of Total Health Now, and a mother of two children who enjoy excellent health.
