Ingredients:

100g buckwheat flakes (or gluten-free oats, rice flakes or quinoa flakes)

3 tbsp toasted coconut flakes

1 tbsp walnuts

1 tbsp macadamias

1 tbsp sultanas

Sprinkle of cinnamon

 

Method:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and top with milk. Enjoy.
